The Process
NYC Moynihan Train Hall | Window Guards
Graciano Corporation asked us to help them restore the window guards on the formerly known James A. Farley Post Office on the Ninth Avenue Side. We first burned off the old paint in our Jackson Burn-Off Oven. Abrasive blasted all the sections and weld repaired any necessary spots. Re-blasted and then hand-striped TNEMEC zinc primer. Then TNEMEC's intermediate epoxy and a top coat of aliphatic acrylic polyurethane.
